Policies

At Kind Hills Care we are committed to doing the right thing to create a more equitable society.
Here you'll find our policies on Reconciliation, Sustainability and Modern Slavery.

Reconciliation

We acknowledge the First Nations people as the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live and work. We respectfully note that sovereignty was never ceded and value truth telling. We pay our respects to elders past and present. We are committed to reconciliation by fostering respectful relationships, promoting cultural inclusion, and supporting opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

Sustainability

We recognise the validity of climate science and we are committed to protecting the environment through sustainable operations, responsible resource management, reducing waste, and supporting a more sustainable future for our communities.

Modern Slavery

We are committed to preventing modern slavery by promoting ethical practices, protecting human rights, ensuring transparent supply chains, complying with relevant legislation, and working with suppliers to identify, prevent, and address modern slavery risks.
